Frank J. Currie attended Furman University receiving his Bachelor’s degree in 1981. Mr. Currie then went on to the University of Miami where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985. Mr. Currie was admitted to the Florida Bar on October 17, 1985. He was an Insurance Defense Attorney from 1985 through 1991. Mr. Currie has been aggressively representing and advocating for the injured for over 25 years. His areas of practice include Nursing Home Negligence, Medical Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death and all other injury claims. Frank J. Currie had the benefit of his prior experience working in insurance defense which allowed him to anticipate the Insurance Carriers strategies and arguments with over 30 years of personal injury litigation experience combined.
Recent Jury Verdicts include a Manatee County Motor Vehicle Accident verdict of 1.3 Million and a Sarasota County Medical Malpractice verdict of $2.145 Million.
